Yes! If shipping to an APO or FPO please use the following guidance:

- In the CITY field type in "APO" or "FPO"
- In the STATE field select "AP" or "AE" or "AA"
The Department of Defense has issued the following guidelines for
addressing mail to military and civilian personnel deployed in
Operation Iraqi Freedom.
- Include the unit and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address with the nine-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned)
Examples: Your APO/FPO address should like the examples below:
Example 1
SSGT Kevin Taylor Unit 2050 Box 4190 APO AP 96278-2050 | Example 2
SGT Robert Smith PSC 802 Box 74 APO AE 09499-0074

According to the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA), depending on where the service member is located, shipments to Kuwait normally take 10 to 15 days. Delivery may also take longer when armed forces are on the move during periods of heightened activity.
The post office requires companies or individuals to
hand deliver packages being sent to APO/FPO addresses. (This is one reason why many merchants won't ship to APO/FPO
addresses.)
