I was pleased w/ the program. The OER references online are few and far between. I used this primarily to revise my support form. I did not know how to write a support form well and highlight my achievements. This software helped me to do so. It is worth the money.

There is some phenomenal advice in this program that is crucial to writing effective officer evaluation reports!  I even learned a thing or two... and I'm a Lieutenant Colonel!  I guess old dogs can learn new tricks!
