His work takes them by the hand and leads them towards faith. Lieutenant Colonel McCoy serves as the Chaplain for the U.S. Army's Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Previously he has ministered to soldiers in the 10th Mountain Division, 25th Infantry Division and 1st Armored Division. He has been ordained in ministry since 1977. Lieutenant Colonel McCoy has a Ph.D. from the University of Strasbourg France.
