How do the license keys work?

The following programs currently use license keys:
- Award Quick
- Rater Quick NCOER Edition
- Rater Quick OER Edition
- Counsel Quick Volume 1
- Counsel Quick Volume 2
- Counsel Quick Volume 3
Each license key is valid for installation on up to three
computers.
If you need to change computers you must first uninstall the program from the old computer before installing it on the new one. If your old computer crashes or is
run over by a tank and you can't uninstall it, you will need to create a
support
ticket with complete details of your sob
story so we have something to joke about around the water cooler. OK, just
kidding, we just wanted to see if you were paying attention. Just create a
ticket and we'll make sure you're squared away. Be sure to include your license
key in the ticket.
If you lose your license key or simply can’t find it,
you'll need to submit a support ticket.
